Retreat days are the most magical and special days. Completely peaceful, giving the perfect boost to mind and body.
A blissful day of relaxation in the most stunning grounds.
Time out, just for you. No need to think about anything, time to just 'be'.
The perfect time to connect back with yourself, reflect, and plan - whatever intentions your heart is calling for from the day.
It's a time to release the stresses, slow down the mind and body, and breathe.
Join a lovely group of people for the day to enjoy meditation, yoga looking over the beautiful rolling Kent countryside, delicious fresh and healthy food (plus a cheeky slice of cake or two!), a stroll in nature, and a mindset workshop to focus on your individual needs for growth, calm, clarity and understanding.

'The retreat day was a truly relaxing and inspiring day which I cannot fail to recommend, if anyone needs to relax and unwind this is the day for them.
I was able to gain so much from all aspects of the day; from listening to others, deep relaxation through yoga and meditation, a country walk and even a craft activity (I don’t do craft) this was amazing, and the advent houses I made have given me a solid reminder every day each with an inspirational quote.
I received a lovely crystal which I use each day during my own meditation session.'

Itinerary Guideline (Full day)
(May vary slightly)
9.30am ~ Arrival and time to relax and settle with a drink
10.00am ~ Welcome and introduction to the day with Clare, plus a moment of reflection by connecting with cards and crystals
11.00am ~ Gentle Yoga
12.30pm ~ Guided and sound meditation with Clare
1.15pm ~ Lunch
2.45pm ~ A stroll in nature along the river and through the country park or enjoy the grounds and time to relax
3.30pm ~ Mindset and meditation workshop with Clare (and cake!)
5.00pm ~ Goodbyes

'Having attended many of Clare’s meditation classes (which are a must!), I was keen to try a Retreat Day. It was a great day filled with activities to improve your wellbeing, set in an idyllic location looking out over the beautiful Kent countryside,. Hi, I'm Clare. Hypnotherapist, life coach, meditation teacher. I know this day is going to be just wonderful time spent, as it always is.
Retreats give us chance to breathe, ease stresses and tensions and find peace. A chance to restore our mind, body, and energy.
