Retreat Days
We have 3 beautiful and carefully curated retreat days coming up this summer in very special locations across the south east.
These slow, nourishing days incorporate meditation, yoga, a gentle stroll in nature, a little mindset session, and most importantly... time for YOU!! Offering a rest and reset for your mind and body.
Udimore: Set in a peaceful hall at the end of a small country lane near Rye. It's next to the church and backing on to orchards and fields. This location has a beautiful secluded garden with the sound of birdsong, meaning you do feel a million miles away.
Frittenden: Arrive in this quiet little village with the lovely hall with a decking out the back that looks for miles over the exquisite Kent countryside. Sheep meander the field behind, and birds sing away. The view feels like a deep exhale.
Greatstone: This hall with its pretty little garden is in the perfect location for the beach. If sandy feet and the sound of the ocean are your thing, you won't want to miss this one.

Hi, I'm Clare. Hypnotherapist, life coach, meditation teacher. I know this day is going to be just wonderful time spent, as it always is.
Retreats give us chance to breathe, ease stresses and tensions and find peace. A chance to restore our mind, body, and energy.
