We're so excited to announce this upcoming Retreat Day!
A blissful day of relaxation in the most stunning grounds.
Time out, just for you. No need to think about anything, time to just 'be'.
The perfect time to connect back with yourself, reflect, and plan goals.
It's a time to release the stresses, slow down the mind and body, and breathe.
Join a lovely group of people for the day to enjoy meditation, yoga looking over the beautiful rolling Kent countryside, mindful colouring, delicious fresh and healthy vegan food (plus a cheeky slice of cake), a walk in nature, and a mindset workshop to focus on your goals and connect to your own clarity and understanding.

9.30am ~ Arrival and time to relax and settle with a drink
10.00am ~ Welcome and introduction to the day with Clare, plus a moment of reflection by connecting with cards and crystals
11.00am ~ Yoga with Anna Coates
12.15pm ~ Guided and sound meditation with Clare
1.00pm ~ Lunch
2.00pm ~ Time for mindful colouring, self pampering, or simply to relax, wander the beautiful grounds, take in the views, read and chill
2.30pm ~ A walk in nature along the river and through the country park
3.30pm ~ Time for mindful colouring, self pampering, or simply to relax, wander the beautiful grounds, take in the views, read and chill
4.00pm ~ Mindset workshop with Clare (and cake!)
5.00pm ~ Goodbyes

'Having attended many of Clare’s meditation classes (which are a must!), I was keen to try a Retreat Day. It was a great day filled with activities to improve your wellbeing, set in an idyllic location looking out over the beautiful Kent countryside,. From a morning homemade flapjack to a healthy lunch, and afternoon cake; The Fat Carrot will be providing delicious, vegan, fresh, healthy food for the day.

Hi, I'm Clare. Hypnotherapist, life coach, meditation teacher. I know this day is going to be just wonderful time spent, as it always is.
Retreats give us chance to breathe, ease stresses and tensions and find peace. A chance to restore our mind, body, and energy.
I look forward to sharing peaceful meditation and breath work with you, plus a mindset session to bring back more of that little spark of inspiration, and a chance to reflect.
